SLN’s mission is to provide leadership, promote collaboration, and support SUNY campuses in providing quality online educational courses and programs.&nbsp; SLN provides an opportunity to bring SUNY campuses together to contribute to the university’s ability to be more efficient and effective in providing online and blended educational options.

With a history of excellence and success in teaching and learning, the SLN program will support your online learning programs with an array of services targeted specifically for online learning providers. &nbsp;

Among the services SLN offers are options for:  hosting and technology support for ANGEL or Blackboard learning management system (LMS),; web marketing services,; and HelpDesk support for staff, students, and faculty; and education support (e.g., faculty development and training).&nbsp;SLN addresses the entire continuum of online teaching and learning: &nbsp;from web-enhanced, to blended, to fully online instruction.

* *Education Support* -- Serves a SUNY community of online instructional designers and campus-based distance learning professionals. The SLN Education team assists with developing effective online teaching and learning programs.
* *Managed Hosting for Blackboard and ANGEL* -- Provides technological administration and management of the ANGEL Learning Management System. Our team provides your campus with a stable, robust online environment.
* *EndUser HelpDesk* -- Provides campuses with a customer-focused support team to meet the needs of faculty and students.
* *Web Marketing* -- Supports campus online marketing efforts through increasing visibility and enrollments for online courses and programs, as well as providing outreach support within SUNY and across the web.
